Coming in at number two is Neutrogena’s Color Boosting SPF 30 Sunblock. You’re probably thinking, sunblock? But yes, Neutrogena has combined their sunblock with a tint of bronzing lotion. This sunblock is infused with Neutrogena’s anti UVA/UVB Helioplex, further helping to block those unwanted UV rays while adding a nice glowing tint to your skin. For less than $10, you can pick-up a bottle of the Neutrogena Color Boosting SPF 30 Sunblock at almost any local convenience store.
StyleBakery named Olay Touch of Sun Overnight their ‘top golden pick’ for a gradual tanner. This lotion has a smooth and lightly scented formula that is loaded with high levels of glycerin to keep your skin hydrated even after your tan appears. One of the main focuses with Olay’s Touch of Sun is that it didn’t rub off on clothes or bed sheets nearly as much as its competitors. That’s always a huge plus! You can get your hands on this over sunless tanner for about $8.
Mists are also becoming very popular with the sunless tanning community, which brings us to number four on the list of best sunless tanners. Body Drench has created Quick Tan Sunless Tanning Mist to give you the best possible sunless tan. This mist sprays dark and dries extremely fast. They suggest you use latex gloves to ensure an even glow and to make sure you don’t turn your fingers brown. The easiest way to apply this mist is in the shower, ensuring an easy clean up. (Do not shower then use this – It is recommended that you do not sweat, swim or shower for a few hours after application)
Last, but surely not least is Aveeno’s Continuous Radiance Moisturizing Lotion for all skin tones. This is a really neat product which offers the ‘dial a shade‘ bottle that allows you to start out with a light color and gradually work your way up to customize and darken your tan. Aveeno’s Continuous Radiance Moisturizing Lotion is oil-free but yet loaded with moisture rich soy to keep your skin silky smooth for up to 24 hours. To achieve the best possible tan with Aveeno’s sunless tanning lotion, it’s suggested that you work your way up, starting with the lighter shade. In doing so, you’ll decrease the chance of streaks and lines across your arms and legs. Within a few applications, you’ll look like you’ve been in a tanning bed for a month! Only about $13.99, Aveeno’s Continuous Radiance Moisturizing Lotion is very affordable and can be purchased at any local store such as; Wal-Mart, Rite Aid, etc.
