Extreme Tan and Smoothies would like to once again congratulate Erza Nicaj the winner of our very first Tan For Cash competition! Erza was presented with her oversized $1,000 check at our Clearwater indoor tanning location where she usually tans on Tuesday, April 13th! Congratulations Erza!!
For those of you who are pretty bummed that you didn’t win, relax because we’ll be kicking off another Tan For Cash contest very shortly so make sure that you stay tuned!
