Mark The Balloon guy may look pretty familiar to you. He’s entertained at many of the Extreme Tan And Smoothie events, and he even tans here. However, I didn’t expect him to enter the Tan For Cash giveaway. Of course, his entry isn’t like any others. Check out his before and after balloons! Have you entered the Tan For Cash giveaway? Extreme Tan and Smoothies would like to once again congratulate Erza Nicaj the winner of our very first Tan For Cash competition! Erza was presented with her oversized $1,000 check at our Clearwater indoor tanning location where she usually tans on Tuesday, April 13th! Congratulations Erza!!
