Free tanning was put back on the table for another week at all six Extreme Tan and Smoothies tanning salon locations. When the Tampa Bay Lightning defeated the Thrashers on Saturday night, the Tampa Bay Rays defeated the Texas Rangers on Sunday and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers defeated the Cincinnati Bengals it was time for more FREE TANNING! Well that didn’t take long at all. Less than 24 hours ago we posted that Extreme Tan and Smoothies is currently offering FREE tanning thanks to a tweet that the founder of Extreme tweeted on Twitter Saturday evening.
