Airbrush Tanning

Don’t have time to spend hours at the beach to tan? Afraid of harm UV rays, but still want a dark, natural looking tan?

Baking in the sun is bad for your skin, long term exposure to the sun’s UV rays can lead to wrinkles and even health threatening like skin cancer. However, there is a UV free alternative that can still give you that dark tan that you want.

Extreme Tan And Smoothies has two options for you. You can either come to one our six locations or we’ll come to you and airbrush you with a natural looking tan.

We use a combination of safe ingredients including dihydroxyacetone also known as DHA. It’s a chemical that comes from glycerin. When it’s spayed on your skin, it reacts with the amino acids in the out layers of your skin, producing a brown tan color that can last for a week to two weeks.

DHA is considered safe by the FDA and it’s a good alternative to basking in the sun for hours.

Just remember that spray tanning doesn’t darken your skin, so it doesn’t protect you when you go outdoors. So if you do go out to the beach, make sure you bring along your sunscreen.
