When one of our staff members tests a new tanning lotion that we have in stock they will submit reviews through our communication forum, we figured it would be helpful to some of you if we posted the tanning lotion reviews that we get.
The following tanning lotion review was submitted by Jenn after she tested one of the new Devoted Creations tanning lotions, Reborn Couture 40xxx.

Please explain your answer briefly for each question and include a rating.
1. Is the bottle design one of the main reasons you tried this lotion?

2. I tried it because it was new and wanted to know what it was like! The design is cool but because it came in with the Couture Sport Women (pink bottle) this blue bottle looked like Men’s Lotion.
2. Were you satisfied with the way the lotion dispensed from the bottle?

10 I guess. Not something I’ve ever really considered! I do like the squeeze bottle better than a pump.
3. How did you feel about the way the lotion applied to your skin?

8. Went on smooth and soft. Applied evenly & absorbed quickly
4. After applying the lotion were you happy with the feeling of the lotion on your skin?

8. Yes. Didn’t feel greasy. Did leave a slight clamminess though.
5. Did you notice instant results upon exiting the tanning bed?

10 YES!
6. Did your skin feel greasy or oily after tanning?

Not sure if i’m supposed to give this a 1 or a 10…I did not feel greasy or oily. My skin was smooth and soft after.
7. Did you notice any After Tan Odor (ATO) after using this lotion?

7. No. It left my skin smelling awesome! Not as good as Believe in Me but pretty good.
8. Do you feel that you noticed results within 24hrs of using the lotion for the first time?

Eh. 6. Not really. Most of it went away after I showered. I was so shocked when I got out of the bed with the immediate results. I used a tracking sticker and could really see it. But by morning, you couldn’t even tell that I had used one. Kinda disappointed actually.
9. Would you recommend this tanning lotion to a friend or family member?

6-7. Maybe. I’ve seen awesome results on others so perhaps it wasn’t the best for my skin. But I actually had better results with Couture Sport Women with no bronzers than this one that is jammed full of them.
10. Would you use this tanning lotion again?

8. Mostly out of curiosity to see if I could build a good tan with it since I did not get to really see what all the hype is about with it.
DID YOU LIKE THE SCENT/DID YOU PICK THIS LOTION FOR THE SCENT?:
7 at first…. I actually wasn’t loving the smell right out of the bottle. I preferred Couture Sport. BUT…after I got the lotion on and tanned, I really loved the scent that was released. So I bump it to an 8!
