All of our smoothies here at Extreme Tan and Smoothies are made with REAL FRUIT and we don’t add any sugar, so all of the sugar in our smoothies is from natural fruit. In addition to our fresh fruit selections we recently also added Almond Milk and Soy Milk as 1% Milk replacement options.We are also offering options for our heart healthy smoothie lovers who can can now add FRESH Kale, Spinach, Flax Seed,Â Protein, Glutamine and Creatine added to their smoothies as well. Not enough for you? Well you can also add wheat germ and Chia seed to your smoothie as well. Of course we don’t recommend adding all of these things to one smoothie!
