Free Tanning offers were all over Seminole Florida yesterday when the first ever Extreme Tan and Smoothies Hospitality Team hit the streets of Seminole to offer anyone working in the Hospitality industry FREE Tanning. As with anything else that Extreme does the free tanning offers were simple, honest and didn’t have any funny terms or tricky fine print.
Our Hospitality Team visited local area hospitality related business’s and dropped off 2 Weeks of Free Tanning to anyone and everyone that works in the hospitality industry, the offer is valid for free tanning in any of our 20 minute tanning beds at each of our Florida tanning salons.

Extreme Tan and Smoothies offers the perfect hours of tanning for anyone that works in the hospitality industry. All six of our Tampa Bay area tanning salons are open from 8am-Midnight Monday through Friday (tanning salons open late) with extended hours on the weekends as well, it is also important to note that Extreme does not have a “last tan time”. You can tan right up until the time we close.
