Here at Extreme Tan and Smoothies we have a whole family of great associates who always do their best to ensure that your tanning goals are their priority. This week we will be celebrating the five year anniversary of one of our extreme (and amazing) associates – Melissa. In honor of her five year anniversary today we are featuring a little spotlight on Melissa and all of this week we will be holding specials on some of Melissa’s favorite tanning packages here at Extreme Tan and Smoothies!

Getting to Know Extreme Associate Melissa

Here at Extreme Tan and Smoothies we love our family of associates which is why we wanted to throw a spotlight on Melissa today in recognition of the five years that she has given us as a top associate! Before we start our week of great indoor tanning specials we wanted to share a little bit about Melissa and why we think she makes such a great indoor tanning specialist!

Melissa began working with Extreme Tan and Smoothies when she was just 16 years old. Beginning work as a bed runner she quickly began working her way up the ladder and soon she found herself not only working at our Clearwater and Clearwater North salon locations but she also covered shifts at every one of our salon locations as well! It was clear from the start that Melissa was dedicated and took her position seriously. It is Melissa’s family mentality that makes her stand out from the crowd at Extreme Tan and Smoothies, she values not only each associate that she works alongside but she also see’s each and every client as a family member. Melissa loves to help every client to reach their tanning goals and always has a solution for any tanning situation that may arise. Here’s what Melissa has to say about her special relationship with our clientele:

One thing that I love about working in the tanning industry is that I love making people both look and feel beautiful. The perfect tan, whether it is built over time through the use of a tanning bed, or whether it is applied with a one time Spray Tan Can application, can raise the confidence of anyone whether they are male or female! I like to help people feel beautiful and the satisfaction I get when I see the face of one of our clients light up after a tanning session is so amazing! I just love to make people feel confident in their own skin!

Final Thoughts

Every single member of our Extreme Tan and Smoothies family is important to us and today we begin a week long celebration of one of our long term associates with a dedication to satisfaction in tanning – Melissa.

Here at Extreme Tan and Smoothies we know that our associates and our clients get to know each other pretty well since they see each other so frequently. What’s New With Haley, Jessica and Jason?

We sure do have a lot of talented associates here at the Extreme Tan and Smoothies indoor tanning salons and don’t we know it! We know that we’re not the only one’s interested in what’s going on for our associates so today we thought we’d drop by with a news update on three of our popular associates!

Haley

Haley will be graduating shortly, she recently tried out to cheer for the University of Louisville cheer-leading team and was accepted. She will be leaving us to go off to college, we wish her the best of luck and look forward to her visiting us again soon! Haley works at our Clearwater location.

Jessica

Jessica is the Social Media Manager for Extreme Tan and Smoothies. She handles the Facebook Page, Twitter and soon to be Ustream as well. Jessica recently got engaged. Congratulations Jessica!! We wish you luck as you embark upon this new chapter of your life.

Jason

Jason is the Inventory Control Manager (ICM) and handles all day-to-day deliveries and store needs, Jason works out of the home office. Jason’s birthday was this past Saturday. HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY JASON!!

Today we are going to introduce everyone to Sangalicious, or Sang if your lucky. Sang is the Inventory Control Manager for Extreme Tan and Smoothies and services all six locations on a daily basis. Here is a picture that I worked really hard to try and get a regular “normal” smile from Sangalicious, it didn’t happen as you can see.

Sang might be a tough guy to get a decent smiley face picture of but he keeps definitely keeps the inventory of Extreme Tan and Smoothies TIGHT.
