This definitely isn’t what I expected to find when I opened up my newspaper this morning. A St. Petersburg, Florida chemist is suing actress Lindsay Lohan and a Nevada woman for stealing the formula for Sevin Nyne, a sunless tanning spray that Lohan has been promoting.
This summer Lohan launched the product, taking credit for co-creating it with a Las Vegas businesswoman who does air brush tans for celebrities.
The St. Petersburg chemist is suing the Lohan and her associate for breach of contract, theft of trade secrets, civil conspiracy, intentional interference with contractual relations and deceptive and unfair trade practices.
Sevin Nyne, which is a combination of Lohan’s favorite numbers was released this summer at Sephora. It sells for the $35 and Lohan is quoted as saying it’s her “sunless secret.”
This should definitely be interesting to follow, it seemed like Lohan already had enough things going on in her life.
