The short answer is that Extreme Tan And Smoothies is a family owned business with six tanning salons across Pinellas County and plans for more in the near future. Extreme Tan and Smoothies established their first tanning salon in 2004 in Largo. It wasn’t long after that two locations were opened in Clearwater. Currently, there are six Extreme Tan and Smoothies locations with the additional three being in Pinellas Park, St. Petersburg and Semniole. There are plans in the works for additional locations in northern Pinellas County, Tampa and eventually the world.
